Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Samples/Free Gifts should be returned if a full order is returned & full refund expected. If samples are not returned, additional deductions on orders or future ordering restrictions may be applied at the discretion of 101 Cosmetics.

Returning Your Purchase

After reading through our above Return Policy, please send us an email by going to our Contact section at the bottom of the homepage. In your email, please state your name, whether the item is damaged/defective, as well as your order number. We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchase.
Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the order was delivered to you, otherwise they may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.

Damaged Shipments

If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.

Late Returns

Under no circumstances can items be returned after the 30 days.
